Our expertise includes CNC-controlled machining, forming technology, bonding technology, surface finishing, various printing processes and comprehensive services relating to the production process. Our customers from a wide range of industries value this high level of manufacturing expertise coupled with our strong customer focus.
CNC milling
CNC MILLING FOR PROCESSING OF PLEXIGLAS® & EXOLON® made of MAKROLON®
Thanks to our state-of-the-art, large-format CNC portal milling machines, we can offer our customers extensive processing of plastic sheet material. We can respond flexibly to customer requirements, particularly in the case of small requirements or frequent changes to the component. High costs for injection moulding tools and longer delivery times are eliminated.
We specialise in PLEXIGLAS®– and EXOLON® made of MAKROLON®-applications, but process all common thermoplastics.
We achieve maximum productivity paired with high-quality cuts by selecting and manufacturing tools that are optimised for the respective project requirements.
The maximum dimension of 3050x2050x100 mm is possible in combination with the highest milling quality.
CNC LASERS – ABSOLUTE PRECISION FOR PLASTIC DRAWING PARTS
Processing plastics with our 400 watt CO2 laser systems enables us to fulfil the highest requirements in terms of precision and optics.
In contrast to processing with sawing or milling machines, materials do not need to be clamped during laser cutting. This ensures that materials are optimally protected during preparation and processing.
The laser also enables us to realise the most intricate details and minimises waste. With PMMA in particular, the laser cut ensures a shiny edge, which in many cases saves a further processing step.
Maximum dimensions of 2050x1520x50 mm can be realised in combination with the highest cutting and engraving quality.
Edge refinement of the plastic panels as a finish
One of the above processes gives the generally rough saw edge a finish. The most common process is “gloss milling”, in which a diamond-tipped milling head gives the saw edge a high-gloss finish. The visual effect is similar to that of a polished edge.
We would be happy to advise you on the various methods of edge finishing!
Forming of thermoplastics
During forming, the geometry of thermoplastic workpieces is changed under the influence of temperature. Our modern machinery also includes several forming and tempering ovens. During tempering, internal stresses in the material are relieved in such a way that the risk of warping or stress cracks is minimised.
REALISATION OF INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS THANKS TO IN-HOUSE MOULD CONSTRUCTION
Hans Fischer also has its own in-house mould making department. This enables us to realise customer requirements at short notice.
The plastics PMMA, PC and PET-G are particularly suitable for moulding.
Joining individual plastic workpieces
Joining” refers to all manufacturing processes in which workpieces are joined together in a positive or non-positive manner. Bonding is a particularly popular joining process, as it can sometimes achieve very high strength combined with high-quality optics.
The right joining technology for every material
We use high-frequency welding to join rigid and flexible films. Typical products are sleeves and bags. In this process, two (or more) films are welded together on a defined contour under the influence of pressure and temperature (welding tool).
Printing technology / Refinement
Screen printing or digital printing: we have the right printing technology for your product
Screen printing is the most common printing process for us. We have decades of experience in this field.
From the creation of the printing screens to the selection of a suitable ink system and series production – you are in the best hands with us.
Small series, large series or special effects – talk to us!
Our modern, high-performance machinery enables us to produce everything from small batches to large industrial series. Our regular customers have appreciated our expertise and know-how in technical consulting for many years, especially for demanding backlit printing applications (e.g. black panel, disappearing effect).
Digital printing
For prints with colour gradients and/or large format prints, we rely on digital printing. Print formats of up to 3000 x 2000 mm are possible at the highest printing speed and now at very high resolutions.
Embossing and engraving
As an alternative to printing, thermoplastics can also be embossed and engraved.
We are also happy to offer you customisation and application.
This includes applications such as:
Assembly of complete assemblies and modules possible on request
We are also happy to serve you as an extended workbench and also offer the assembly of components and modules in-house. In this respect, our possibilities are very extensive. We will be happy to explain these to you on a case-by-case basis.
Take advantage of our flexibility, experience and cost efficiency for optimised and fast assembly. Just in time and the implementation of closed-loop systems are standard practice here.
Construction: design, prototyping, series production – your project is in good hands with us
Your idea needs a strong partner. Use our expertise for your success.
The Hans Fischer GmbH team will be happy to advise you on the realisation of your projects and work with you to develop a customised solution.
We support you throughout the entire value creation process, from the initial design and prototyping through to series production and the optimum dispatch of your products.
Quality management
Our high quality standards begin with the initial customer contact. Thanks to integrated processes, the quality of our products is continuously monitored and documented. All orders are traceable on the basis of material certificates, technical drawings and measurement and test reports. Product-relevant data and revision statuses are stored in a loss-proof manner. Customised requirements such as dimensional accuracy are implemented within the tightest tolerances.
Of course, the quality and accuracy of tools, machines and measuring equipment is also regularly checked. Last but not least, our experienced employees are another factor in maintaining and improving our quality standards. We therefore ensure the sustainable development of our employees through ongoing internal and external training.
Pre- & After Sales
OUR SERVICE:
We attach great importance to not being perceived solely as a production company and ensure our success through our distinctive service expertise and close communication with our customers throughout the process. We are not only plastics experts, but also service providers!
PERSONAL CONTACT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US!
For us, direct customer contact is fundamental, which is why your direct customer advisor is available to assist you with any concerns. Our customers appreciate this and it is also a privilege for us to have been able to actively support a large part of our customer base for many years.
Sustainability
Sustainable action is essential today! That’s why we offer to take back your old plastic products so that they can be recycled in an environmentally friendly way, thus ensuring a closed material cycle. We also separate all plastic waste by type in-house.
We also attach great importance to the resource-conserving use of materials and energy.
In addition, compliance with the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2009 and the ROHS 2 Directive (2011/65EU) is a top priority at our company.
