Our products are used in a wide range of industries, including mechanical and plant engineering. With their high brilliance, transparent plastics such as polycarbonate or acrylic glass are particularly popular for in-process monitoring and also offer a direct insight into the technical inner workings of a machine. Specific applications here include machine safety doors, viewing and inspection windows, covers, intervention protection, customised machine cladding and technical parts of all kinds.
Mechanical equipment
Thanks to our state-of-the-art large-format CNC portal milling machines, we are able to offer our customers extensive processing of plastic sheet material. Specifically, we are able to process geometries up to 3,050 x 2,050 mm according to drawing specifications. We achieve maximum productivity coupled with high cutting quality through the selection and manufacture of tools that are optimally matched to the respective project requirements.
Lot sizes
We specialise in the production of large and medium-sized series requirements. We also specialise in the production of project business. Frequent changes to components and the consideration of individual customer requirements are part of our daily business. The fact that there are no high initial costs for injection moulding tools and longer delivery times are avoided is a further advantage.
Special materials
Thanks to many years of experience as a supplier to the machinery and plant engineering industry, Hans Fischer knows exactly what the industry needs and is ideally prepared for special customised requirements. This also includes expertise and delivery options for food-safe materials. Specifically, these are primary materials that meet the strict requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for contact with food. This underlines our expertise in mechanical engineering applications in the food & pharmaceutical sector.
Due to the often harsh environments and high safety requirements, materials with high impact resistance are also particularly popular in mechanical engineering. Hans Fischer is excellently positioned with an extensive portfolio of polycarbonates with special product properties such as a single or double-sided scratch-resistant coating for applications with high optical and design requirements, UV absorbers for outdoor applications or anti-reflective coatings for use in traffic guidance systems or car park management for special applications. This portfolio is rounded off by the particularly break-resistant acrylic glass PLEXIGLAS® RESIST.

As a technically skilled supplier with decades of market experience in special machine construction, we offer our customers not only the high-quality, responsive and flexible production of their drawing parts, but also the service of comprehensive component assembly. To this end, we utilise our highly competent network of suppliers. This also enables us to take on extremely complex assembly and joining processes of various materials.
For example, we also offer the assembly of complex machine doors, which consist of a plastic design element printed according to customer requirements and a metal frame. The necessary bonding using the right adhesive for the application and the assembly of additional accessories round off our extensive portfolio of services in the area of component assembly.
